About Us
Two skills, one vision — merging business and building
Capitol Renovators and Tilers (Pty) Ltd is a black owned and managed company founded in 1993 as a Close Corporation (CC). Its core business is building construction and flooring. It is an emerging enterprise with an Affirmable Business Enterprise (ABE) level of completed works.
The company was formed when two members identified a niche in the market and merged their different skills — business and building. Their aim is to enable efficient management and proper business standards without risk to all potential clients.
Formal registration as a (Pty) Ltd was completed in 2001.
